Not every flat can be plugged - sidewall damage and large punctures mean a new tire. Devon inspects the damage, repairs punctures that are safe to patch (in the tread, within size limits), and can coordinate a replacement tire when the damage isn't repairable.

When a tire can't be repaired

A puncture in the shoulder or sidewall, a cut, a bubble or bulge, or a tread separation can't be safely patched and the tire must be replaced. Devon will tell you honestly which side of that line your tire falls on.
